One may ask himself or herself, what is insanity? Insanity is a workout that involves extrenous activities and practices all brought together for different kind of goals. One may practise insanity workout for weight loss, burning calories, extra muscle build up and also for the general good health of the body. Insanity work outs involves one doing extrenous activities for a during of time like 4 minutes continously but having a break for a much lesser time, lets say for 30 seconds. According to me, insanity works outs are best suited for women. For many years women the victims weight gain, poor health and unfitness due to less practice exercises they pertake. I am not disciminating any gender but research has shown that 7 of 10 women are not comfortable with their weight and they would like to reduce their body weight. The remaining 3 percent of women would like to retain their weight or increase their weight. Let me further convince you why women need insanity work outs than men. Women need to be very healthy when they are planning to get a baby. A woman who is not healthy will generate a lot of complications when giving birth. Unhealthy pregnant women are at riskof developing high bood pressure and heart attack. This will obviously endanger the life of the mother and the life of the child. A pregnant woman is recommended to do some exercises which should not be extrenous as extrenous exercises can increase the risk of miscarriage.
I recommend women to practice insanity work outs are they help kep their bodies in good shapes. There are misunderstandings that insanity work outs are for those women who would like to be model, at some degree this statement is true but i can not agree with it wholly because insanity work outs are designed for physical fitness of the human body. Again and again research have shown that women who have regular insanity works enjoy a wide variety of health benefits. Some of the benefits that women are;improved mental health, reduced back pains and arthritis, reduced risk of diabetes.
Studies have shown that women who have regular insanity workouts usually have good attitude towards dealing with life difficulties. Women hwho have work outs are also able to manage stress more better than those who don’t.
